In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money activity on koi4d. This age threshold applies to all Members, including residents of Indonesia, where the minimum legal age for gambling is 21. We take underage gambling seriously — any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The koi4d Platform is made available internationally. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. koi4d does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legal to use in any particular country or region. By registering, you confirm that your use of koi4d does not violate any law applicable to you.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

2.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform under Clause 10 are not eligible to register a new Account for the duration of their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money features on koi4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. koi4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify koi4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree not to impersonate another person or register using another person's identity, payment details, or contact information. Any Account registered with fraudulent information will be suspended without notice, and associated funds will be held pending investigation.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your Account. koi4d reserves the right to verify that the person operating an Account matches the registered identity at any time.

4.1 Verification Requirement. koi4d is required to verify the identity of Members before processing withdrawal requests and before granting access to certain account features. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard compliance measure adopted across internationally operated gambling platforms.

4.2 Required Documents. Members will be asked to submit the following:

• A clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — for Indonesian residents, the KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card) is the accepted primary document.
• Proof of current residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• A live selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document next to your face, taken in good lighting.

Funds held pending KYC will remain secure and accessible once verification is completed.

5.1 Accepted Methods. koi4d accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian Members: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at koi4d's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Deposits exceeding this limit must be processed as separate transactions and may be subject to additional review.

5.3 Processing Time. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed in under 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (typically 06:00–22:00 WIB on business days). Transfers initiated outside these hours may take longer to reflect. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed 24/7.

5.4 Currency. All account balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong entirely to you. koi4d reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) and whose account is in good standing. Funds subject to active wagering requirements from a Bonus are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered to your koi4d Account. The withdrawal destination must match the name on your verified identity document. koi4d does not process withdrawals to accounts in third-party names.

6.3 Processing Time. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5–10 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests made outside these hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day, typically within 24 hours.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Member's account dashboard. Members seeking to withdraw amounts in excess of standard limits may be required to submit additional documentation.

6.5 Right to Delay or Suspend Withdrawals. koi4d reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or violation of these Terms. Members will be notified of any such delay and the approximate timeline for resolution.

7.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on koi4d are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility criteria communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement (turnover) has been met. The required turnover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

7.4 Abuse and Exploitation. koi4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or minimal-variance bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and exploiting errors in promotion configurations. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds removed and may be permanently suspended.

7.5 koi4d's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. koi4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Members. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account prior to the modification.

8.1 Finality of Accepted Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the koi4d system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or altered by the Member. It is the Member's sole responsibility to review all bet details — including stake, selection, and odds — before confirming placement.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes. Odds on sports markets are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted wager. koi4d reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors or data feed failures.

8.3 Togel Draw Results. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on koi4d are sourced from official international pool operators for the respective markets — Singapore Pools (SGP), Hongkong Pools (HK), Sydney Pools (SDY), and Macau. Results are published as received and are final. koi4d does not independently operate any lottery draw.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered at koi4d's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

8.5 Mix Parlay Accumulator Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to pay out, unless the specific market rules specify otherwise. A voided leg within a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs, recalculating the combined odds accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koi4d Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written authorization from koi4d.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorization from koi4d.
• Sharing login credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion, account suspension, or geographic restriction by registering new accounts or using VPN or proxy services.

koi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, retain all associated funds pending investigation, and refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10.1 Our Commitment. koi4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulty.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion, the Member's account is locked and no deposits are possible. Requests must be submitted to the 24/7 support team via Live Chat or email.

10.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly within their account dashboard. Reductions to these limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

10.4 Reality-Check Reminders. Members may enable periodic in-session notifications (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) that display session duration and net result, and prompt a decision to continue or stop.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the koi4d Platform — including but not limited to the koi4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the property of koi4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited License. koi4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles available on koi4d are licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe, among others. All third-party intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the respective rights holders.

12.1 Platform Availability. koi4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koi4d's total liability to any Member for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. koi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business — regardless of whether koi4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.5 Gambling Losses. koi4d is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Members as a result of betting activity on the Platform. Betting outcomes are inherently uncertain, and Members participate at their own financial risk.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your koi4d Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, provided no active investigations or outstanding wagers are pending.

13.2 Termination by koi4d. koi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: the Member has violated these Terms; the Member has provided false registration information; the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or continued operation of the Account poses a legal or compliance risk to koi4d.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Funds held in a terminated Account due to suspected fraud or Terms violation may be withheld pending investigation. koi4d will notify the affected Member of the reason for termination where permitted by applicable law.

14.1 Right to Amend. koi4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://koi4d.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

14.2 Notification. Where koi4d makes material changes to these Terms, we will notify Members via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. Where specific provisions of Indonesian law are applicable to Indonesian resident Members, those provisions shall apply in addition to and not in derogation of the governing law.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and koi4d, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Most account and payment disputes can be resolved within 3–5 business days through direct engagement with our customer support team.

15.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action claims are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
